About Bangkok Project Studio

Bangkok Project Studio (est. 2003, Bangkok, TH) was founded by Boonserm Premthada (b. 1966, Bangkok, TH) and is now considered one of the most influential architecture firms in Thailand. His practice starts from a sustainable, holistic approach, in which architecture forms a bridge between the historical and contemporary, people and nature, indoors and outdoors. By playing with scale and sensory experiences, and creating a spatially orchestrated journey, he aims to make users slow down, pay greater attention to their surroundings and dream bigger.

Bangkok Project Studio represented Thailand at the Venice Biennale in 2021 with A House for Humans and a House for Elephants, while Premthada’s work was awarded the Golden Madonnina Design Prize within the social impact category in Milan.
