PAN- PROJECTS (2017, London, UK) is an art and architectural design studio co-founded by architects Yuriko Yagi (°1991, Kobe, JP) and Kazumasa Takada (°1991, Kōchi, JP). Established in Copenhagen and based in London since 2019, the studio works across scales and disciplines, from furniture and spatial installations to architecture, in the UK, Japan and continental Europe.

The studio conceives architecture as an art of fabrication, where materials and narratives are assembled to create new stories that carry meaningful messages. Each project grows from research into its context and close collaboration with makers, communities and clients. Within this, Architecture of By-products asks how discarded materials can become storytellers of shared life.

The studio's work has been shown at the Venice Biennale (Young European Architects, 2021), The National Art Center, Tokyo (2021), the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition (2025) and in the solo exhibition Know the Ropes for the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024. Recognition includes the RIBA Journal Rising Star Award 2025, the Good Design Award 2024, the CHART Architecture Award 2017 and grants from the Danish Arts Foundation. Kazumasa Takada is Associate Lecturer at the Royal College of Art, where he co-leads an MA studio dedicated to experimental practices of architectural reuse.
