From 10:00 to 17:00, a ‘sculpture whisperer’ will guide you through the stories and underlying meanings of the eighteen works of art from Beaufort24. For the work Star of the Sea, a co-production of Bruges Triennial and Beaufort Triennial, TRIBRU24 curator Sevie Tsampalla will tell you all about the artwork, the location and the artist.
Throughout the day, there are plenty of other activities at the various works. Listen to fascinating legends, enjoy live music, writings, brain teasers and so much more. At numerous artworks, you can partake in interactive activities that stimulate all your senses. Join a balancing workshop, learn to knit fishing nets, make your own ‘monkey's fist’ or create by yourself and let your inspiration flow.
