The Grote Prijs Ernest Albert is one of the most important prizes in Belgium in the visual arts field, and is awarded by Mechelen City Council. Every two years, the prize is awarded to an artist who excels at painting, drawing/printmaking or sculpture respectively. In 2021, it was the turn of sculpture. The jury voted unanimously for Nadia Naveau’s work.
